It’s not just the property which welcomes wagging tails and wet noses, there are plenty of fantastic suffolk pubs and eateries which are more than happy for your pet to join you at the table, too. A few favourites include The Unruly Pig in Woodbridge offering fantastic fayre and a fabulous central location or The Crown at Snape, one of two lovely pubs in this pretty estuary village; home to Aldeburgh Music and a converted maltings which houses no end of independent shops selling anything and everything from antiques and curiosities to clothes and local produce. And finally for a windswept pub offering a perfect spot for a refreshing pint and delicious food after a long walk on the beach, is the old smugglers pub known as The Ship at Dunwich. Fabulous.

Walks for wagging tails...

Suffolk has a myriad of walks all across its varied landscape, but for some choice places offering great open spaces, wooded canopies or coastal vistas we think the countryside around Dunwich, Walberswick, Orford, Westleton and Snape offer a great selection of footpaths and fields for you and your furry friend to yomp along.
