Our accommodation in Reepham and Long Statton gives you great access to the flat fields, buzzing birds and big skies of the Norfolk countryside, while also being close to Norwich. Norwich is the only city in Norfolk and is truly charming. With original medieval architecture on every corner, lots of ancient cathedrals and churches and an excellent assortment of shops, both independent local boutiques and big high street players. 

Our hot tub cottages in Upwell, Ingham and Uppingham are also in very picturesque country locations but are within a short driving distance of the coast. From Upwell, you have great access to The Wash National Nature Reserve and the North Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you’ll find Norfolk’s iconic, breath-taking infinite sandy bays. Ingham and Uppingham are closer to the stretch of coastline in the north east, including Norfolk favourites such as Wells-Next-the-Sea, Cley, Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney. 

Our coastal cottages across Norfolk are located in many of these holiday favourites, but our coastal homes with a hot tub are located in some of the Norfolk coast’s hidden gems. Take Weybourne for example, which is home to a gorgeous shingle beach on the heritage coastline, with narrow winding streets and a train station with easy access to Holt and Sheringham, what’s not to love? Wherever you land on the coast, the beauty of choosing a cottage with a hot tub is that you can spend all day dipping your toes in the sea and continue to enjoy the water in the evenings but this time from the comfort and warmth of your own holiday home.

We also have a small selection of cottages with a hot tub on the Norfolk Broads. As one of the largest protected wetlands in the UK, the network of rivers and broads that make up the Norfolk Broads are truly special.
