Watermere Barn is a modern conversion of a 150 year old building in the North Norfolk countryside. It’s a one level property, light and airy with exposed beams and high quality furnishings. Inside are three bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, plus a kitchen and spacious open-plan living/dining room. Outside is a secluded garden with a lawn and patio, great for barbecues and long summer evenings.

North Norfolk is a great place to be for anyone who likes to get out and about. Cyclists will enjoy the network of quiet country lanes that you find in this part of the world, and the lack of large hills means that anyone can enjoy a good ride regardless of fitness. Turn your gaze north and you’ll discover the Norfolk Coast AONB, full of places to walk and nature to see. The sea is less than ten miles away and Norfolk is fringed with several different kinds of beaches to explore, from the massive award-winning Holkham Beach to the traditional seaside town of Cromer.
