Swallows Return - Award

On 24 November, Original Cottages Kent and Sussex, on behalf of Swallows Return, won a coveted silver award in the Self-catering Property of the Year category at the Beautiful South Awards. This was an astounding accomplishment for both the homeowners – Bill and Penny Sisley- and Kent & Sussex Holiday Cottages. The awards have been taking place for over 20 years and are given for both exceptional customer service and excellent standard of accommodation. Run by Tourism South East they celebrate and promote quality in tourism and were presented at a ceremony which took place at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl near Southampton.

Swallows Return is a stunning barn conversion hidden in the village of Bilsington with an outstanding welcome pack which includes free range eggs; the owners own apple juice as well as complimentary toiletries from Romney Marsh wools. It is surrounded by countryside and overlooks the great Romney Marsh; the garden itself has a stylish boardwalk and has a beautiful olive tree.
